from New Jersey who is currently studying Music Industry, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing at Rowan University. She likes to dabble in a variety of sounds and genres and does not limit herself to any one concept. She strives to make music that documents her story and perspectives. Her goal is to become an inspiration to others, inspiring them to share their own stories and express themselves however they want.Growing up in a Christian household, the majority of chway's early musical influences came from Christian hip-hop/rap and later K-pop. Her current inspirations for producing and DJing include pop, rap, indie, indie rock/alt-rock, and RnB genres.In 2021, chway released her first single, Pseudo’s Sonata, which she performed wrote, produced, and mixed under the name moodyren. Not only has she worked on her own creations, but she has also contributed to other artists’ tracks on the violin.In 2022, chway started her podcast/radio segment, Coming To You Live, which highlights Korean hip-hop and rnb artists and their music. It airs through the bbLeaders Radio Show on Newtown Radio and is available to stream on Soundcloud.In 2025, chway released her single "save you, save me" with producer shiny.
